Ad music licensing platform, Bopper has come to an agreement with all of the rights holders it represents to pre-clear tracks for use in brand content productions on Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram and Twitch.
“So many brands and advertisers are desperate right now, looking for the very best music to safely use for social media ads,” said Bopper CEO Gabriel Bouchard.
“They are particularly concerned with take-downs that are happening more frequently, as well as legal and reputational risks involved when using music on these productions.”
Advertising for social media requires speed, agility and the assurance that it is done legally.
Bopper states that its competitive advantage lies in both providing pre-cleared music from top recording indie artists that can be safely licensed by brands in minutes, and also in the niche targeting of platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok and Twitch.
“The agreements we have made with the music rights holders are truly unprecedented,” added Bouchard.
“The biggest multinational brands in the world are looking for the easiest, fastest and safest way to find and license music for social media, and for artists to get compensated fairly, considering the specific nature of these social media uses. Bopper is creating that win-win for both parties.”
