Ibiza’s Café Mambo Reopens For 2022 Summer Season

Iconic Ibiza nightspot Café Mambo has launched its long-awaited summer 2022 season, with an array of world-class DJ talent confirmed for the coming weeks.

With cocktails and sunsets galore, the new season sees house duo The Martinez Brothers take control of Tuesdays for pre-parties ahead of their Hï Ibiza residency.

Wednesdays will see Fisher make an appearance, joined by big names including Vintage Culture before heading off to Hï.

Thursdays will cater to brand-new Pacha event El Baile, ahead of Friday’s Defected Eden pre-parties, featuring many artists such as Sam Divine, Low Steppa, Mambo Brothers and more.

Saturday will see Claptone making an appearance ahead of his ‘The Masquerade’ events at Pacha, while Sunday is the iconic Glitterbox at Hï with house royalty Bob Sinclar, The Shapeshifters and Roger Sanchez all lined up for sets.

Joining the lineup will be Mambo’s residents – with some yet-to-be-announced new residents also in the pipeline. Mambo has also relaunched its DJ competition in collaboration with Absolut, where contestants will battle it out to play a sunset set this September.

The Café Mambo brand is also set to tour the UK, hosting an array of parties and festival dates in the coming months, including a rooftop party at East London venue Haugen (July 2 ), an ‘In The Park’ event in Bedford (July 29) and ‘Classics on the Beach in Weston-super-Mare (Sept 17).

Set in the heart of San Antonio, Café Mambo was created during the ‘90s house music heyday and received instant recognition, being named ‘Bar of the Year’ by GQ.

DJs began to frequent the bar requesting to play on the decks and before long regular sets included the biggest names in dance music playing at the now celebrated sunset ‘pre-party’.
