GLP brings new JDC2 IP hybrid strobe and more to ISE 2024

Following the success of its new product showcase at LDI in Las Vegas, GLP will bring the best of its next-generation portfolio to ISE 2024.

Occupying booth 1D550 (in Hall 1) at the four-day expo, the company has noted the significant crossover in visitor profile, as the installation community – the show’s traditional heartland – now joins forces with the increasing numbers from the concert touring world.

The manufacturer’s new portfolio reflects the needs of both worlds, and therefore offers several European premieres to suit different applications.

Pride of place goes to the new JDC2 IP hybrid strobe, which builds on the legacy of the JDC1 and JDC Line – but goes much further. The new IP65-certified JDC2 is bigger than its predecessor, significantly brighter, and offers several new features.

Also with the outdoors in mind is the impression X5 IP Maxx. After the successful launch of the impression X5 Wash, the impression X5 IP Maxx is a more powerful sister device for applications from greater distances, and – thanks to the IP65 rating – is also for use outdoors.

Boasting an extensive effects package, the impression X5 IP Maxx emits a luminous flux of up to 24,000 lumens with an expanded colour space from 37 40W RGBL LEDs. Like all devices in the X5 Series, the X5 IP Maxx is equipped with the new iQ.Gamut colour algorithm, which means it always offers a clean white point with a CRI 90+ / TLCI 90 at 6,500 Kelvin.

Finally, the FUSION X-PAR 8Z and FUSION X-PAR 18Z complete the family of weatherproof LED PARs, with motorised zoom (up and down).

The FUSION X-PAR 8Z is the most compact and lightest representative in the FUSION X-PAR Series and is suitable for a wide range of applications. At just 4.5 kg it is also extremely lightweight, and will find a place in applications with limited space.

In contrast to the FUSION X-PAR 12Z (120W), the FUSION X-PAR 18Z has a 180W RGBL LED, for even greater power output.
